OUR HISTORY
1991
The private limited company ELINTA is established. The word ELINTA stands for ELectronics and INTellect.
1995
ELINTA is the first in the country to sign trade agreements with companies RITTAL, SIEMENS, PHOENIX CONTACT.
2000
The company ELINTOS PRIETAISAI was founded.
2002
With the successful development of trading activities, the measuring instruments trading department was reorganized into a subsidiary company UAB ELINTOS MATAVIMO SISTEMOS (ELINTOS MS).
2006
A subsidiary company, ELINTA VS, is established, working in the field of automation of production and technological processes.
2007
In the summer, a subsidiary company, AUTOELINTA, is established, providing technical car maintenance services.
2007
In autumn, ELINTA moves into its own 4,500 m² building in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone and becomes the first company operating in the FEZ.
2007
Vladas Lašas joined ELINTA and became one of the company's shareholders.
2009
In January, ELINTOS PRIETAISAI changes its name to ELINVISION.
2011
The first electric car charging station in Lithuania, meeting all European standards, has been opened.
2013
The subsidiary AUTOELINTA is closing its operations, and ELINTA VS is being sold to Enerstena VS.
2015
ELINTA's startup UAB RUBBEE is being founded in the fall. The company's engineers have created an electric drive that turns any bicycle into an electric one in a matter of moments.
2017
The subsidiary UAB "Elinta Motors" has started operations. The company's field of activity is the production of traction systems for commercial transport. The company develops and manufactures power management systems, engines, and battery systems adapted for commercial transport.
2018
In the spring, a subsidiary company, ELINTA CHARGE, is established, whose main activity is the production and sale of charging stations.
2019
In the summer, the production department's activities are reoriented to the implementation of robotic systems and become ELINTA ROBOTICS.
2023
A controlling stake in UAB ELINTA CHARGE is being sold to investors from Poland.
2023
In the winter, ELINTOS MS is sold to the "Axioma Servisas" company.
2025
ELINTA is developing a new startup – ELINTA GRID – and becoming the official representative of FENECON energy storage systems in Lithuania.
2025
UAB RUBBEE is suspending operations.
